We need God.

Hey Folks,
Last Saturday was "Marching day" and I had the privilege of playing the lyra which was a very tired trudge. Many schools were also marching and we got to see many friends from other schools and definitely we enjoyed the path. We didn't have school on Monday nor on Friday meaning that I was here at home and I had plenty of time to enjoy my holidays which were quite short. While I was here at home I was listening to music and there was this song that my homeroom teacher recommended me that I was listening. This song is named "Desert Soul" from Rend Collective Experiment.
                    Sing The Lord's Praise
I was totally edified while I was listening to this specific song because of its lyrics. Basically what this song tells us is that we need God, but we need to "need Him more", our life without Him is simply a desert soul. I'm totally agree with this song's lyrics because it's so true and makes you think about what would your life be without the Creator of Heaven and Earth. We are actually nothing; simply dust. Many people that really don't know God and they haven't receive Jesus in their lifes are not 100% happy. Only in Him you can find your complete happiness. You have to seek Him every day! Sometimes you feel that God is hidden but He is actually wanting for you to seek Him even more. When you feel that you are in troubles He will be there helping you. Our God is always with us.
                          Praise you in the storm
I must sadly say that many people now at days are without Him and don't seek Him anymore. It's quite sad to see people that are in serious troubles and that the only person that can help them is Jesus. I want for you to think about God's mercy. Did you know that we all deserved death because of our sins but now because OF JESUS' blood we can choose if we want to live an eternal happinnes or if we want to suffer forever? God loved us first, don't you think He deserves our love and respect?

Let's be wise let's be with the only God that can make us choose the right decisions and the Only one that can give us happiness.
Blessings!

"The box"

Hey humans!
Today I want to share with all you about my beautiful God. For some reason this week I've been very grateful with Him and I just want to praise Him because of what He is. All my life depends on Him, if He is not with me then I don't want to live; period. God is always with His arms wide open to receive whoever wants to meet Him. He loved us so much that He sent His ONLY Son here to Earth to die for us.
                            physics
In this opportunity I want to share a little "testimony" that happened to me about a year ago in which the Holy Spirit is the protagonist. As you know, I'm in High School, meaning that I already receive Physics class and MANY people think that Physics was made to torture them. I think that Physics is amazig because I have the best teacher and that teacher is the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit have been always right there with me, helping me, telling me what to do, how to do it etc. There was this time that I won't forget at all in which we were studying in Physics a topic that was quite difficult for all of us and we had a homework to do. I was very stress because I didn't understand it at all and I had homework to turn in the next day. My sister tried to explain to me how to do it but still I didn't get what she was telling me. I spent all the afternoon and part of the night trying to do this homework but nothing was written on my paper! My best choice was giving up, I closed my book and notebook and went to take me a shower because I knew everything was lost. While I was taking my shower I LITERALLY saw a hand (which looked similar to my sister's hand) that was showing me how to solve the exercise problem I had and a voice told me: "DO THIS BOX". I was in awe! After watching that hand showing me what to do and the voice telling me how to do it I ran and took my book and notebook to start solving the problem. Everything sounded logical. I did my problem but when I was getting to the answer I noticed something was wrong: THE ANSWER WAS NOT CORRECT! I was disapointed and really felt that everything was coming down. I went to my room and asked God what was wrong in my problem. For the second time I heard a voice that told me: "Your measurements are not correct", I was again in awe because the "voice" was totally right! I took my notebook and re-checked my measurements and gues what: MY MEASUREMENTS WERE WRONG! I was so very thankful with the Holy Spirit because even though I never asked Him at the beginning He helped me. When I went to school the next day I was so in awe that I tried to explain to everyone the way I learned the topic but no-one understood the way I learned it. This makes me think that God has a special treat to every single person.

My heart is speechless since then and I'm looking forward for more "explanations" from Him because beleive it or not there is no such thing in the World that makes you happier than a conversation with the Holy Spirit.
Hopefully this can make you realize that the Holy Spirit, God and Jesus do exist! They are willing to help you and willing to love you.
Blessings to all of you!

The Intentions of your Heart...

Hello!
I want to share with all of you something that I learned and that really edified my life. I'm very grateful with the Lord because He always talk to you in the perfect moment and He makes sure the message He wants to give you get to you someway. In this post I want to express what happened to me (which is personal) but maybe this helps someone to understand why things doesn't happen the way they want.

Psalm 34:18 (Clouded Heart)
This is my Senior year and I'm very happy I must say, but something changed in my life in this summer vacation. First let me tell you that I like traveling (although I haven't gone to any foreign country) and like discovering new places. Since I'm in 9th grade I've been looking for any country that can offer me a scholarship or any christian program that can take me somewhere else. All my High School Years I was aware and applying as much as I could to foreign countries. I must say that I was impatient and I wanted an answer as soon as possible but no Program answered me. Many people (especially young people) may be passing through this and may be feeling that there is no answer for them, that maybe God doesn't listen to them. I prayed as much as I could but still no answer. Giving up was the best choice I had in those moments, EVERYTHING changed when I went to church a Friday Night and a truly daughter of God preached about this same sittuation. I do beleive that God was speaking through her mouth, I was amused and blessed. This preacher (who is my home-room teacher) was telling us her experience in this same sittuation and she shared with us the following that I want to share with all of you because I truly beleive it's going to help you in some way or another.
She gave us 5 steps that we have to make in order to achieve what we are looking for but in this opportunity I will share with you only 3 steps.:

1. Scan your heart: This step made me think a lot because I asked myself: Why do I want to get out of my country? Which is the purpose? Is my heart wishing something that God doesn't want? Many questions came to my mind and I realized that I wanted to leave because I wanted something new, I was tired of doing the same things every day. God spoke to me! He was telling me that it was not the time, that my heart had to be prepared before going out there to the world.

2. God always answer but not always the way we want: Ha! I loved this one, because this makes thing that God is seeking the best for us. He knows what is good for us so He won't give you something that can make you bad.

3. Give to the Lord what He deserves: The Lord is the owner of Silver and Gold so actually He doesn't need our money. But, why does He asks us to give Him offerings and Tithes? What God is actually receiving is our heart, if we depend on money or in HIM. If you want to be successful... then give Him what He deserves; your heart!

Yesterday we went to a College Fair in which Universities in the U.S.A were giving information of Scholarships. I thank God that my heart was prepared and I didn't have that feeling of applying everywhere.
I really hope this post may be usful for you and may edified you.
I bless you!

Back to "reality"...

Hello to all the people that reads this blog (which is good to know that you took your time to read this), let me tell you that I just came back to school and I'm already a Senior, meaning that this year is my graduation year. I'm looking forward!
It's the beginning of the year and EVERYTHING has changed.  The governement made a good decision in changing some stuffs in the education here in Honduras, for example, we used to pass our classes with a 60% out of 100% but now we must pass our class with a 70%! It has been a TREMENDOUS change because some students used to pass their classes with a 60%. This is an exelent decision because now the students should  study more and try to keep their grades a bit higher.

I want to share with all of you guys a quite amazing experience I had learning chemistry in class with our teacher Mr. José Popoff. As always, the first week of school is all about "diagnostic tests" in which teachers measure the level in which you are. Mr. JP introduced us into a very interesting web-page called exitticket.org, I must say that I totally enjoyed this web-page (especially because it worked perfectly in my phone) and I'm looking forward to use it in the future. This web-page is very creative, very well organized and it's an innovative tool for learning. At least in my assignment, what ExitTicket offered us was a "quiz" of multiple choice and everytime you had a correct answer a "smiley emoticon" will showed up, and everytime your answer was not correct then a "sad emoticon" will showed up, I really had a good time!
Let's make our best in this school year!

This is a useful advice to start your new school year:

-Give this school year to God: You may be wondering why am I saying thi but let me tell you it works! When you pray to the Lord and tell Him that you are nothing without Him, that you need His knowledge and His wisdom then He will respond to you and definitely will help you.

I'll be writing more posts twice a week or even more (for the sake of a project we have in school). I bless you all in Jesus' name.

Nice Experience

Hello dear readers, once again here I am (late though).

This was the LAST week for our blogging challenge. I did enjoy this experience way too much! I actually enjoyed writing posts and getting in touch with some students from other countries. I would like to share with you things I learned during this challenge. Hope you like them.

What I learned

1. Persevere until the last moment. Our teacher told us about this challenge, I have to confess that at the beginning of this challenge I was not really into it but after the 3rd week I was actually starting to enjoy this. I found myself wanting for it to be next week for me to see  the next challenge. I made up my mind to finish this challenge. This actually made me organize my mind in many ways.
bye!
2. When you write a post just be yourself. When I started this challenge I was trying to make those AMAZING posts I read in many blogs, but then I realized that if this was my blog I had to make my own style and be creative. As my biography in my blog says: "Be creative and be yourself". I'd many new experiences and made my own style while writing.

3. Visit other blogs from other students. I also tried to visit lots of blogs for me get to know more people and let me tell you that was simply a great decision. I had plenty of fun reading the posts made by other students. WOW! This people is so creative! Reading the posts about how to use a sock made my day! Haha!

4. Always write what is in your heart. Haha! So poetic! But it's true, I mean, you can't write something you don't feel. You must write something you actually are into.

Well, this basically what I learned in all this Challenge. Have a great week!

Tips for Next School Year

We are almost out of school! I must say that I did my best this year because I have a goal for next year. If you trust in the Lord, He will help you with your studies and problems. I want to share with you some tips that helped do great in school.

Tips

1. Trust in the Lord. Well, you must recognize that without God you can't do anything. Try to pray before a quiz for He to take away from you all nerves and bring to you peace and wisdom.

2. Try to have everything organized. I'm not an expert in being organized but this year I started and tried to be organized because I knew that our God is an organized God and He likes to do things PERFECTLY. That helps a lot because you don't miss a homework because you were organized and knew you had a homework.

3. DON'T leave everything to last minute. Haha, I learned this one in the hard way. It's very important for you to start or finish a homework you know you have for the next week because you never know how much homework you will have for that same week. Plus, if you leave everything for last minute you will definitely will have to sleep late and that means you are going to be sleepy and you will not be able to learn at school and that's a problem.

4. Pay ATTENTION to every class. This tip helps me, I don't know if it's going to help you too. When a teacher is giving the class you MUST pay ALL OF YOUR ATTENTION, don't start copying the problem because is worthless. What worths is what the teacher is saying. When they are explaining a "Physics topic" you have to FORGET of your neighbor, your notebook, your hunger etc.

5. Study to a quiz; study, don't stress out. When you have a quiz you better study, try to be relax and don't start one night before. You have to practice a lot in your notebook and try to make funny jokes for a formula or a definition.

Well, those are the tips I follow to make good grades.
Which are your tips?

My 10 Favorites

Hello Everyone. May God bless you and may He accomplish your wishes.
For this time, in the Blogging Challenge we have to write a post about our 10 favorite things in life (could be movies, music, animals, songs, hobbies, food, etc).
So these are  "my top ten favorite things".

My Top 10 Favorite Things

1. Electronic Music: Well, talking about things that I really enjoy and like I must include the type of music I was born to make (I was also born to praise the One who created me). It's simply amazing how this music can actually show and demonstrate the feelings to the people. It's a silence voice in which you don't say anything but you say everything. It's amazing the types of sounds you can make with your own creativity.

2. My Pet (Morita): I have this dog since 1 year ago. She likes to play A LOT! She has a lot of energy. Morita always make me laugh when I'm sad. This dog is ALWAYS there for me. And I'm so very happy because she is having puppies soon!
Day 8. My dog :) ''Morita''

3. "The Hunger Games": I like both, the book and the movie. I think it's a very intresting drama in which you can learn more about using your creativity. This book was written by Suzanne Collins, it's actually one of    the three books she wrote. I really recommend it to you.

4. Doritos: Doritos is a snack we have in Honduras and I think in many countries. Its made of                 "corn tortillas" and you can find them everywhere! There are "chesse doritos", "Hot sauce doritos", "pizza doritos" etc.

5. Piano: It's an instrument that you can play when you feel you are stressed. You simply start playing what comes to y our mind. You can make so many sounds and melodies. God created all the instruments but for us to praise Him. We should use all of our talents to praise His Holy Name. In the piano I can simply do whatever I want for it to sound. It's amazing; it's a piece of art.

6. Technology: I'm simply amazed of how technology had advanced way too much and way too fast! I really enjoy those innovative devices the market is offering. I remember my first cell-phone, it was very simple and the screen was not a screen color but I had one. And now, everything has changed. There are so many devices which I like and there several types of ways you can use them.
                                                              Day 46.

7. Fried Chicken: I actually enjoy food! But this food really drive me crazy! I like the smell and the taste. If you come to Honduras, you MUST ask for Fried chicken "GREEN BANANAS TAJADAS". It's simply a watering to your mouth.

8. Tokyo: I'll also inclue my favorite place to be. I really bless Japan and think that country it's so full of culture and amazing thing. I really would like to study there but not live there because I have my country right here. I'm asking the Lord for He to open the doors for me to go. If you really want to go somewhere,  just ask the Lord and He will do it.

9. The Bass: I also like the Bass because it's an instrument in which you can rock and play strong songs. I think it's very easy to play. You should try to learn bass because it's not that hard.
                                                     Day 47.

10. Be Creative: That is something I really try to do always. Have an open mind and always do your best!
Day 69. A shiny ball I bought to my sister in Trujillo.
